Here’s the thing – many fitness professionals will tell you to exercise so that you can lose some weight, push your body to extremes and get a 6-pack.


That’s not the way I see exercise.


For me, exercise is part of your tool kit to living a wonderful, energised, exciting life free from the burden of body hate and shame.

I promise you, if you love your body with some regular exercise that you enjoy, your body will love you back.

My classes are small, nurturing, fun and full of wonderful women just like you who want the best health for themselves and their families.


Casual Classes are $17 and discounts are available for regulars

Boxing Classes


Boxing is a workout that can accommodate for all levels of strength and fitness and can be enjoyed by beginner to advanced participants. Drills can easily be modified to increase or decrease intensity and complexity of the workout so everyone is looked after!. Boxing is a high intensity full-body workout that will make you physically stronger as well as fit and quickly too!. It is a complete workout, training upper body, lower body and core strength.  Boxing does not tend to add muscle bulk as much as tone and define muscle because it involves such high repetitions.

Just bring a bottle of water and a towel and you’re good to go.

Boxing is on Sundays at 9am at Eyre Park or Thursdays at 5.30pm at Emu Point.

Hour of Power


Unleash your inner Wonder Woman by building strength for 30 minutes during a circuit style class and then following up with 30 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga.  All you need in one hour each week.

Just bring water and a towel.

Hour of Power is at 5.15pm on Tuesdays at Lawley Park

Yoga Classes


I teach a few different styles of yoga, suitable for all levels and I specialise in beginners.  I know how daunting it can feel to rock up to a yoga class when you are used to seeing gorgeous, stick skinny yogis balancing on their heads on Instagram!!  My classes aren’t like that.  We are a diverse bunch of shapes, sizes, ages and flexibility.  And we love to welcome new comers!

Core Yoga


Core Yoga is a body/mind fusion that blends strength, stamina, flexibility, breathwork, and meditation, offering movements from both the Yoga and Pilates traditions which, along with dynamic breathwork and focused awareness will purify and balance the body/mind.  Core Yoga utilizes Vinyasas (flow) connecting elements to link together a sequence of movements that not only bring strength and flexibility to the body, but as each individual develops their practice a more dynamic flow will ensure that there is a cardiovascular component to the program as well.

This practice is suitable for all fitness levels, even beginners.  All you need to bring is a yoga mat.  Unfortunately this style of yoga is not suitable during pregnancy.

Core Yoga is on Wednesdays at 1pm.  Casual classes are $17 or you can book a 10 class term for $140, or a 5 class block for $75.

Vinyasa Yoga


Vinyasa Flow is a mind-body movement practice that combines dynamic flow, strengthening and stretching techniques, conscious breathing, mindful awareness, and relaxation in a comprehensive practice that will improve strength, stamina, balance, mobility, posture and body awareness while reducing tension, stress, and poor postural habits.
Suited to the general population, Vinyasa Flow can be modified to meet the needs of a wide range of participants.  This practice can be adapted to meet varying levels of fitness, balance, body awareness, and as a non-dogmatic, non-religious practice is accessible to people of all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, and beliefs.

Vinyasa Yoga is on Wednesdays at 6.30pm or Sundays at 10.15am.
