Last week Terry and I spoke about his progress in the Vitality 8 Week program.  He is definitely feeling fitter and a lot “sharper” in the morning – and for someone that has to be at work at 5.30am I think that’s quite an accomplishment.  This week we talk about the group fitness classes, Terry’s personal training session and how much his eating habits have changed.

P.S. – Terry has some quite specific goals around getting fit so in his program I am focusing a lot on his fitness levels.  But everyone who joins me on the Vitality program will have their program individualised to their needs.
