Fun Fitness is a 6 week group program filled with people like you who are ready to step up and take action to make 2017 a year full of health, vitality, happiness and FUN.

Fun Fitness will give you the tools to develop your own regular exercise routine that will leave you feeling strong, healthy and ready for anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the program and when does it start?

The program starts from March 6th 2017 and lasts for 6 weeks.

I'll be on holidays - will it still work for me?

The program has a 30 minute work out per day (with one rest day a week).  You can still do this when you are on holidays!

Do I need to buy anything else to get results in the program?

You will need a kettlebell.  Ask around your friends, someone might have one gathering dust in their garage (if so they should join us!)  You can also purchase one from Kmart for about $25.

I don't think I can do the Cleanse - can I skip it?

The Cleanse starts in week 5 of the program (although you will start preparing in week 4).  By then you will be hanging out to change your diet!  Plus, you will be doing the Cleanse with your tribe – its a lot easier when you have support.  But, as I always say – imperfect action is better than taking no action at all.  Give it a go – you might surprise yourself!

What if I don't get the results I wanted?

Emma will help to keep you on track via the free app.  If you need extra personal attention, Emma will be available from 1st Feb for private coaching sessions at an additional $97 per session.  If you are really unhappy after the 6 weeks we will organise a refund.
