Of course, that will be totally up to you…  but I was amazed at how tasty this little sweetie-pie was.  And why do I call it a sweetie-pie?  Well,  because it is Apple Pie flavour, sweetie!



I know it doesn’t look like much.  But this smoothie is delicious and nutritious.   I had it for lunch yesterday with a couple of boiled eggs and I was satisfied all afternoon.  It would also make a great 3pm kick-starter.  Give it a go, tell me what you think!

Apple Pie Smoothie

1 small red apple, cored

1 banana, chopped


10 almonds

3 hugely heaped tablespoons of plain yogurt

1 cup of milk of your choice (I used almond milk)

a dash of cinnamon
