It’s a new year and this show gives you some practical suggestions on how to be Hi-Vibe in 2018.

This week I talk about creating REVOLUTIONS rather than resolutions.  And they don’t have to happen in January.

A few tips I offer are:

  • choose a word that summarises what you want for the year.
  • write a list of all the things you can do to make yourself feel great – and keep it handy for those down days we all have
  • focus on gratitude.
